Rooted in Japanese healing techniques, Reiki brings light touch and/or no touch healing techniques in which our practitioners channel the life force surrounding us, promoting deeper relaxation, stress reduction, and overall provide mood and health boosting properties. Each Reiki session is unique to each person and each practioner: we ask that you come as you are and with an open mind!
